Go to the training center and enter R2, L2, Up, Down, X, L3, Circle, X, Circle, X. Then save your progress over your current game. Go back to the training center and you will have all the weapons.

Special Weapons

Get silent assassin on a level and unlock special weapons for the following levels:

Mission 1-CZ 2000 duel pistols
Mission 2-Micro Uzi duel smgs
Mission 3-Silverballer .5 duel pistols
Mission 4-Magnum 500 duel pistols
Mission 5- Sawed-Off duel shotguns
Mission 6-M4 Silenced carbine rifle
Mission 7-SG220 .5 duel pistols
Mission 8-MP5 Silenced smg 
Mission 9-AK74 Silenced rifle
Mission 10-GK-17 duel pistols
Mission 11-Silenced Micro Uzi duel smgs

The Enforcer Sniper In Level 1

In Level 1, Asylum Aftermath, there are two ways to get an Enforcer Sniper. One way is to take the regular stairs up up up until you come to a door. Go inside the room and you'll be outside on the asylum rooftop. Run along the ledge and you'll see a dead asylum guard on the floor and an Enforcer Sniper will be laying by his body. Another way is before you exit on the door to your right in the lobby, go to the door on the left. Enter and they'll either be a SWAT officer downstairs or upstairs so watch out. After dealing with him, go up the spiral staircase and look for a cabinet in the room. Don't leave or else you won't find it. The Enforcer Sniper is inthe cabinet along with sniper ammo and silverballer ammo.

Invincibility

When you start the first level...before you even walk around, push start, and then resume game. (You have to do this to enable the first part of the code). Then, you walk towards the enemy, and let yourself get shot at. (Remember, you have to be really quick about this!!) Then, just before your last stick of health is gone and just before you die, quickly push down and hold R2 and L2, and push DOWN, LEFT, UP, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, UP, RIGHT, O, X, O, X. If entered correctly, a sound of a shotgun should go off, but you have to enter it in fast enough when you are down to your last stick of health. Just before you die. If entered fast enough, your health will replenish itself, and you will be invincible. It takes awhile, a lot of practice, but once you get it, it's fun as hell!!

Ok, this is ONLY in TRAINING. Put in level skip code and the message and what not will pop up. Then go back to training mode and all weapons should be there even the secret ones.
